Tyler Roush
Tyler attended Austin College and obtained a degree in business and economics. He then went on to get an MBA from University of Houston – Downtown with a concentration in accounting (even though he really hates accounting).
From then on, he has worked in the industrial and commercial construction industry for 10+ years and for 3 years in the oil and gas industry for Sprint Energy.
Tyler made a career change and worked in the Sprint Waste department for 10 more years, most recently as their Corporate Controller.
Tyler's years of work experience have helped him make a positive difference by giving SWS the financial insights, leadership, and teamwork it needs to reach its goals.
Kenneth Roush
Kenneth has over 30 years of experience in the waste industry with a vast knowledge of all aspects and regulations. He has previously worked as a CDL driver and is well-versed in equipment and general operations.
Kenneth was formally the Vice President of Channel Safety & Marine and the former Owner of Allwaste Hydro Excavation. Most recently, Kenneth was the Vice President of Operations at RFS Sports, specializing in operations and routing.
He has managed teams of thousands of personnel for industrial and in-plant work for turnarounds and large projects and can take any project thrown at him!
